This blog is to journal my successes and mishaps while learning to bake classic dessert recipes, as well as fiddle with recipes I’ve already got down. The last year was so fun! Let’s do it again, shall we?
Whenever possible, I try to use fruit and flavors that are in season. Please excuse the lighting in most of my pictures – I’m a night owl baker.
My love for baking is inspired by the amazing mentors in my life, some altogether too-fun cookbooks and the Great British Bake-Off. (Of course.) Thanks to all my friends, family and coworkers for eating my creations with no judgement, pretty or not.
