This blog is to journal my successes and mishaps while baking my way through any and all dessert recipes that catch my eye. Post by post, I’ve been tackling custards and creams of all kinds, exploring the weird world of sourdough, and getting over my fear of gelatin, all while torturing you all with baking puns. If you can’t already tell, the last few years have been a blast! Let’s keep it up, shall we?
My love for all things sweet is inspired by the amazing bakers in my life, some delightful baking books and the Great British Bake Off. (Obviously!) Thanks to all my friends, family and coworkers for eating my creations with no judgement, pretty or not.
